Delete account

You can delete your Hoppo account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Hoppo and go to the Profile (Profil) tab.
2. Open Settings (Ayarlar) and tap Delete account (Hesabı sil) at the bottom. The app is currently in Turkish; the Turkish labels are shown in parentheses.
3. Once you confirm, your account is deleted right away.

If you cannot access the app

Send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to hoppochat@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with (the email of your Google or Facebook account). After we confirm the account is yours, it is deleted within 30 days at the latest and we let you know.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos and profile information
• Your messages and the photos you sent in chats
• Your likes, matches, blocks and visit records
• Your location
• Your coin wallet and coin history (remaining coins and Premium time are not refunded)

This data is permanently deleted the moment your account is deleted, and removed from system backups within 30 days at the latest.

What may be kept

• If the law requires us to keep certain records, we keep them only for the period required.
• Sign-in and security records are kept for up to 6 months.

Your Premium subscription

Premium is managed through Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription; to stop it from renewing, cancel it separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
